Delete Your Data
RigCoach, by AmdyLabs LLC, stores your data on your phone, not on our servers, and has no user accounts. You can delete it yourself at any time.
Delete one item
Tap it, then tap Delete (shown in red at the bottom) and confirm. You have 5 seconds to tap Undo.
Delete everything in the app
More › Settings › Clear all data, then confirm. This removes your loads, fuel, expenses, scans, documents, places, notes, voice notes, scale tickets and settings from the phone.
Remove the app
Uninstalling RigCoach also deletes all of its data from that phone.
Deleted app data can’t be recovered, because we never had a copy. Export any reports you need first (Reports › Export).
Website waitlist
To delete your email from our waitlist, use the unsubscribe link in any RigCoach email, or email support@rigcoach.com with the subject “Delete my data”. We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Data kept outside your phone, and for how long
- Crash reports (error, screen, app version, phone model; no name, location or app data): deleted automatically after 90 days. Turn them off anytime in Settings › Privacy.
- Usage counters that protect our service from abuse (a random app ID, not linked to you): deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- Weather and place searches: not stored by us; they are processed and then discarded.
- Waitlist email: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, as above.
