Tracking stops when the load is delivered or you tap Stop tracking. You can turn location off anytime in your phone’s settings; the app keeps working with manual buttons.
- Camera and photosTo scan and attach paperwork and scale tickets, and to set an optional photo of your truck.
- Microphone (optional)To record voice notes for your saved places. Recordings stay on your phone.
- NotificationsFor reminders and alerts.
- Face ID or passcode (optional)To lock your documents. Your biometric data stays with your phone’s operating system; we never receive it.
Services the app connects to
- National Weather Service (api.weather.gov)To show forecasts and alerts here, at your stops and along your route, the app sends map coordinates rounded to about 1 km. No name, account or load details are sent.
- Google PlacesWhen you search for a place or use “Save where I am,” what you type (and, for “Save where I am,” your rounded location) is sent to Google to find matching places. If your phone can’t find a city’s location for weather, the city name is sent to Google too. Google’s privacy policy applies.
- Your phone's map service (Apple or Google)Turns city names into map coordinates and back, for weather and places.
- U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA)The app downloads weekly diesel prices about once a week. The request includes no personal information. Like any website, EIA’s servers see your device’s internet address.
- Websites you openRadar and 511 Roads open official government websites in your browser, and Navigate opens your maps app with the address; their own policies apply.
- Apps you choose to share withWhen you send a message or file through WhatsApp, Telegram, email or text, or call from the app, that app’s own privacy policy applies.
- App storesApple and Google handle downloads and any purchases under their own policies.
- Crash reports (Sentry)If the app crashes or hits an error, it sends a report to our error-reporting provider, Sentry, so we can fix it. A report contains the error, the screen it happened on, the app version, your phone model and operating system. It doesn’t include your name, internet address, location, loads, money, documents, places or anything you typed. Reports are kept up to 90 days. You can turn crash reports off anytime in Settings › Privacy. Sentry’s privacy policy applies.

What we don't do

How long data is kept
App data stays on your phone until you delete it (Settings › Clear all data) or uninstall the app. Waitlist emails are kept in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Weather and place results are kept on your phone for a short time (minutes to hours) so the app works offline.
